Back to Basics with this Simple and Easy Crappie rig to catch spawning fish on Rend Lake and Lake of Egypt. Andy, owner of ACC Crappie Stix, shows his live minnow bobber setup he uses to fish the thick buck brush on Rend Lake. Matt, 3PoundCrappieFishing, puts me on some Lake of Egypt Black Crappie with his slip bobber and live minnow setup. This slip bobber and live minnow rig is a great way to catch spring time crappie up shallow in thick cover and on weed edges. Full list of tackle below.
