Summer is here and it's time to get in shape! There's no better way to get back in shape then with an amazing home workout that will target all your muscle groups. This workout routine is great for both men and women who are new to working out and more advanced. The exercises featured here are simple, basic, but effective.

Learn this summer total body workout at home by doing each exercise for one minute each with a 15 second rest in between. This will help burn fat and gain muscle definition and vascularity.
