Verizon Visible network IP bans me for asking for help starting my phone

I was on Visible's 25$ a month plan and Verizon FORCED a tech change on us.

I put the new sim in, activate it and pay, but they charge me without my approval to pay 40$

The phone does not work and I would have to drive 30 minutes to the bank to deposit money if overdrawn.

So on chat, they give me an AI representative.

I ask for an agent... It asked me for phone/email.

I gave it that... The agent stalled did nothing for 15 minutes.

I asked,"Is there a person here or am I talking to another bot?"

Verizon IP banned me.

My Phone does not work.

And they made me pay them 40$ without me agreeing to paying them any value of money.
