So when another company goes along and promises your client better results, that's all it takes for them to get scalped

It's not that they hate you is that they just don't have a relationship with you, but say you're getting them really good results. let’s say you're lead gen agency They're going to associate those results with, oh, every lead gen agency just gets results and you're making a $30K profit. Some other lead gen agency comes along. They say, Oh, I can make you 50K profit per month. That's all it takes.
