BAPTIST PREACHER ARRESTED AT TORONTO "TRANS RALLY"

This footage was taken on Friday evening of June 23, 2023 when the Toronto "Trans Rally" was being held on Church Street. Brother Luke was arrested for peace disturbance, but thankfully not charged. In first 8 minutes of this video I discuss how section 175(1) "Cause Disturbance" does not apply to this case given that under the same section, indecent exposure in public is also a crime. There was plenty of that there and in front of children too.
