Justice Department releases photos of Jeffery Epstein’s prison cell, noose made out of cloth

Photos of Jeffery Epstein’s prison cell were released Tuesday as part of Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report on the convicted pedophile’s suspicious 2019 death. The photos included in the report show Epstein’s Manhattan prison cell and the orange cloth he hung himself with. Horowitz’s report concluded that Epstein’s death was the result of “negligence” and “misconduct” on the part of the Bureau of Prisons.
