U.S. Senators Lindsey Graham, Republican, and Richard Blumenthal, Democrat play nuclear

U.S. Senators Lindsey Graham, Republican, and Richard Blumenthal, Democrat, registered a draft bipartisan resolution in the Senate declaring Russia's use of nuclear weapons in Ukraine or the bombing of the Zaporozhye nuclear power plant as an attack on NATO, requiring the application of Article 5 of the alliance.
This will never be approved in NATO and the US Congress can vote all they want whatever happens in USA is not law for NATO. But probably these two americans wanted to play the tough card and look good in USA. Even if somehow it is approved than what? Which army will actually march in Ukraine? The polish one? Because it sure wont be the USA army marching guns blazing in Ukraine. And i dont think any NATO army in Europe would risk to go into Ukraine and risk a nuclear strike on their teritory. These fools left and right are playing with the nuclear button.
I don't think Russia will use nuclear weapons in Ukraine, it would be pointless. And about destroying dams, well, its a tactic used in military campaigns for ages. Even Ukraine destroyed the Irpin river dam at the begining of the war.
