"Venezuela is the world's 5th largest oil exporter, yet 80% of its population live in poverty.
In 1998 President Hugo Chávez was elected to use the oil revenue to tackle poverty.
In April 2002 a coup against him was defeated by the millions who took to the streets.
A few months later the elite & the CIA paralysed Venezuela's oil company PDVSA to bring down Chávez.
Oil workers took over & worked round the clock to recover production."

‘Rise like Lions after slumber
In unvanquishable number,
Shake your chains to earth like dew
Which in sleep had fallen on you –
Ye are many – they are few.’
