Confessions of a Milkmaid... let's make homemade coffee creamer!

I just couldn't keep this secret anymore. In all the years of making coffee, and milking goats and cows, I STILL was buying the store bought creamers! Yes, I really did! I never could find a consistency that I liked until I realized that if I swapped out the regular milk for condensed milk, it gave me a thicker creamer and a more heavy feel to the mouth. The flavor was more intense, just what I wanted! I also keep the ratio pretty sweet, so feel free to add a cup of half and half or whole cream to your homemade creamer! I sure hope you all give this a try!
