Are LONG Crappie Rods better for Crappie Fishing? (Watts Bar Lake ep.3)

During the Pre spawn crappie will stage in deeper water near their spawning bays. This is a great time of year to vertically jig for crappie using longer rods like the 12 foot ACC Crappie Stix.
