This Freddie the Freeloader mask was my excuse to stay inside and play today. I should have been outside shoveling chicken compost, but that wouldn't have been nearly as much fun.

If you remember watching Red Skelton when you were younger, do you think he was really having as much fun as he seemed to be having on TV? It sure looked like he enjoyed his job, didn't it? I read on Wikipedia yesterday that he probably made more money selling his clown paintings than he did from his years on vaudeville, stage and TV.

If you'd like to make a mask or sculpture that looks a bit more realistic than the 'last minute mask' I made today, you can find patterns on my site here: https://www.ultimatepapermache.com/patterns

And remember to come show off your masks on the Daily Sculptors page on my site. See you there!
