Cooked Flour And Water Paste - and When to Use It

This is how I make cooked flour and water paste for paper mache. I normally use the raw paste recipe when I use paper strips and paste, but there are times when it's better to use this cooked paste, instead. In this video I show you when it's worth the trouble.
