How To Dilute Hydrogen Peroxide from 35 to 3% and How To Inhale Hydrogen Peroxide using a Nebulizer

Using hydrogen peroxide can help with many disease and health issues. One way to use it is to inhale hydrogen peroxide using a nebulizer. But to do this you MUST make sure to dilute it appropriately to make it safe. As promised here are some links to products talked about and the dilution ratios.

DILUTION RATIOS:

35% food grade H2o2 down to 3% = 1 part H2o2 to 11 parts distilled water

Saline = 1 cup distilled water to 1/2 tsp salt

To COMBINE for use in Nebulizer

Use either 1 part 3% Hydrogen Peroxide to 4 parts saline
or
1 part 3% Hydrogen Peroxide to 3 parts saline

Add 5ml of this mixture to the nebulizer and inhale.
