Let me introduce myself..… I am a Dad coach, an entrepreneur, the Author of 4 books (including Meet Officer Keith children’s books and Daily Connections), a radio show and podcast, Auctioneer, host and the Founder of Dads 4 Life, an international non-profit that helps Dads connect life with purpose while investing in their greatest asset on Earth…their children. I understand firsthand the impact of an absent or missing father on a child’s life. While I spent years planning to be the dad I never had, I found Myself in a place I never wanted to be – a dad who was getting divorced.

I am a retired Veteran and Law Enforcement Officer for 30 years including School Resource Officer and Officer Friendly, I have served in many aspects of ministry – including Youth leader, Interim Youth Pastor, Dad coach, financial counselor, divorce recovery, entrepreneur leadership, Author in Business and much more. Having received a bachelor’s degree in marketing, my journey of encouraging Dads led me to pursue and receive a master’s in counseling as well as a Doctorate in Leadership Organization. Although I appreciate the value of formal education, I will be the first to tell you that I am never done learning. I will always have a stack of books or researching something new.
