Chicago mother and son arrested for murder at restaurant!

On June 18, 2023, Carlishia Hood and her 14 year old son allegedly committed murder after Hood ordered the 14 year old to shoot Jeremy Brown, 32, multiple times while inside and outside of a restaurant. Hood also ordered her son to shoot a female witness but her son did not do so. The mother was a conceal carry permit holder at the time of the shooting. She allegedly left her firearm in the glove compartment, and during the argument with Jeremy Brown, she texted her son to bring the firearm into the restaurant and shoot Brown. Her bail was set at $3 million.
