Ran Neuner: "BlackRock's Bitcoin Spot ETF will be a ‘Game Changer' when the SEC approves it!" 📈⬆️

Ran Neuner, Founder and Host of Crypto Banter, tells Michelle Makori, that BlackRock's Bitcoin Spot ETF will more than likely be approved by the SEC for a variety of reasons. He also believes there is no ‘Malicious Intent’ behind this filing, despite BlackRock’s history of ESG activism. He discusses the HUGE implications of this for Bitcoin’s price, as well as for 'some' AltCoins.

Things to keep in mind...

1) BlackRock has a record of 576 ETF filings and only 1 rejection (The 1 rejected ETF was because it did not include regular reporting to the SEC).

2) BlackRock is the largest financial investor in America and works closely with the Federal Reserve, making it basically the US Government. The US has strategic reasons to want to hold more Bitcoin than unfriendly nations like Russia, China and others possess.

3) Gary Gensler very likely tapped BlackRock to file this ETF personally and let them know it would be approved, or BlackRock wouldn't have filed it. After taking a lot of heat for attacking Crypto and Exchanges that sell AltCoins and provide Staking services, it would put him and the SEC in a better light with the growing Crypto industry and financial sector to 'throw the dog a bone' by approving a Spot ETF for Bitcoin. Especially after reiterating that "Bitcoin is a Commodity, not a Security, which gives the SEC no jurisdiction to regulate it."

4) There will only ever be 21 Million Bitcoin. Approx. 19,410,450 have been mined thus far. Approx. 5 to 6 Million have been lost forever. The last Bitcoin will be mined around the year 2140. This makes Bitcoin a "Scarcity". The rarest asset in existence and an asset unlike any other Commodity.

5) The Halving occurs in May of 2024 which cuts the current Block Reward of 6.25 Bitcoin down to 3.125 Bitcoin. Bitcoin transactions are processed in 1mb Blocks every 10 minutes. This means there will be only half the Bitcoin available on the market at a time when demand will be higher than it has ever been.

6) Every prior Halving the price of Bitcoin has increased by multiple times within 18 months, not just by double.

7) BlackRock is just one of over a half dozen financial institutions filing for Bitcoin Spot ETF's.
