" Abraham jumps in and explains that alignment is not a simple discipline that you check off your list, day after day. You could do that, and you will get your list checked off, but alignment doesn't work that way. It is much better to react from a place of inspiration rather than motivation. I have had my struggle with this, because then I think well if I don't do the focus wheel how am going to be feeling in the next segment ? How will that affect the vibe for the rest of the day? But I have come to know that the "action meaning focus wheel " in this example is so much more beneficial for me, as Abraham says when " I truly feel inspired to do the focus wheel" versus doing it to get the check mark done! It's all about the feeling. It's about the emotion behind the action.
