Incline Dumbbell Chest Press
To perform an incline dumbbell press, you can follow these steps:
1. Set up an incline bench at an angle of around 30-45 degrees.
2. Sit on the bench with your back flat against it, feet firmly on the ground.
3. Hold a dumbbell in each hand and raise them up to shoulder level, palms facing forward.
4. Engage your core and press the dumbbells up towards the ceiling, extending your arms fully while maintaining control.
5. Slowly lower the dumbbells back down to shoulder level, keeping your elbows slightly bent.
6. Repeat the movement for the desired number of repetitions.

Remember to start with a weight that you can handle comfortably and gradually increase the weight as you get stronger. It’s also important to maintain proper form throughout the exercise, keeping your back against the bench and avoiding excessive arching or swinging of the weights.
