He says the command is very stolid and doesn't support ways that save lives, rather they insist on not taking on 300 (wounded), and rather want 200 (dead), so they push them to that end.
All they care about is the troops remaining in the trench, dead or alive. This is worse than WW1...
I guess they want them there till dead so that clowns like shoigu can say our defence lines did not break - yeah, because they died or were dead in the trenches...
