Garlic And Herb Grilled Sweet Potato Fries
INGREDIENTS:
6 large sweet potatoes
Salt
5 tablespoons olive oil
6 cloves garlic, finely chopped
2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh thyme leaves
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley

Grilled Asparagus Salad with Lemon & Feta
2 pounds Very Thick Asparagus (about 24 spears, ends trimmed)
3 tablespoons Extra Virgin Olive Oil (divided)
¼ teaspoon Salt
¼ teaspoon Black Pepper (freshly ground)
1 Lemon (Zest of)
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice (freshly squeezed, from one lemon)
3 ounces Feta Cheese (crumbled, about 3/4 cup)
