Mushroom + Zucchini sauce:
- 4 tbsp miso
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1.5” fresh ginger ( grated )
- 4 cloves garlic ( grated )
- 1 limes juice ( sub with 2 tbsp rice vinegar )
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes
- 2 tbsp toasted sesame oil

this is a sauce recipe from my cook book that goes on eggplant, but its delicious and can go on any sort of veggie! Also feel free to half the recipe:)
