Mind over matter is a lie

We must feel it to heal
And hear it to clear it

Mind over matter is the shadow masculine attempt to forcibly penetrate the body into compliance

Whereas the wisdom of the body shows us time and again that the issues are in the tissues and those issues must be felt and worked out

No one goes to a gym and smashes their body into a mould and then tells themselves they worked out

Rather each day they train their body to hold the form and power they desire

Embodiment work is the same

We listen to what the Soul is asking to be formed inside of us, and then we put in the effort to mould ourselves into our Soul’s desire

Regardless of how much work you’ve done, or tests you’ve taken, there’s nothing like a look in the mirror to see yourself as you truly are and consciously shift from there
