ABSOLUTE PANDEMONIUM: Royal Caribbean passengers on a cruise ship docked in Cape Canaveral on June 16 got a very different tropical experience than they were expecting when a sudden squall kicked up, blowing deck chairs and other debris across the deck and lashing passengers with rain as they scrambled to find cover.
