After completing the main quest, Release, and speaking with Martha, a new side quest will unlock nearby. Head over to Rowan (the traveling trader) next to The Fallen Gate in Martha’s Rest to start the side quest, The White-Winged Wonder. Follow the map waypoints and save the chocobos from being captured by poachers. Once the enemies are defeated, hold R3 to call your chocobo and press X to mount Ambrosia.
