Seedsman Northern Lights Auto Day 66 (First Amber colored Hairs!!!)

Noticed the first amber colored Hairs on very few buds today. 99% of all buds still have vibrant white straight hairs. This is the first sign of maturity I believe.

How long still all/most hairs turn amber? I don't have any microscope or anything to view the trichomes for cloudy or amber coloring but I think I have a few weeks at least til the trichomes start to change.

I use Advanced Nutrients line and need to start Overdrive during the last 2 weeks of bloom before flush. So in theory if I do 1 week flush, I'd have 3 weeks to work with to get my girl in prime bud production which is crazy since I can't believe how fast the plant grew and now the buds on the plant are swelling daily. Only a faint but heavy cannabis smell but nothing like burnt cannabis.

Also, I read that flushing is a myth. I've no idea... With DWC I probably have very little nute buildup in the plant itself and no dirt/soil/coco etc to flush. I certainly will lower the nutes from here reading the plant. Following ppm going up or down makes knowing what to do next very easy and intuitive.
