I pulled up into the wrong side of the complex when I arrived. But, it ended up being so right. There's a very nice hotel called Mayaland that I accidentally went to. They sell tour packages for about $127. I got mine for $106 because I'm a Mexican resident and they get discounts on Sundays.

My tour guide Bibiano was excellent. He really gives a detailed history of the Mayan peoples as it relates to Chichen Itza in particular. The guy is literally a Mayan descended from those who lived there over 1000 years ago. He learned to speak Mayab before even Spanish. As you can see, he also speaks English and gives a fantastic story for each key park of the archeological site.

It really was breathtaking to see this Wonder of the World. I hope you all enjoy it just as much as I did. And I got to finish it off with a nice lunch, too!
