It would appear that all is not well with Russia’s President Putin and his troops…specifically the elite mercenary army known as the Wagner group. They were on a march to Moscow, from the Ukrainian front, when a last-minute negotiated settlement was agreed to…when they were just 125 miles from that Russian city.
