INGREDIENTS :

200 grams sugar ( 7.05 oz )
270 ml water ( 9.12 oz )
500 grams Raspberries ( 17.63 oz )
juice of 1 lemon

INSTRUCTIONS :

.in a pot on low heat add 270 ml water, 200 grams sugar
.mix well until sugar dissolves
.raise to low to medium heat, simmer for 5 minutes until syrup consistency mixing occasionally
.in a bowl add 500 grams Raspberries, juice of 1 lemon
.blend until smooth
.strain through a sieve removing any seed
.mix syrup & Raspberry sauce
.place in a freezer proof container
.place in freezer until frozen & scoopable ( 6 to 12 hours )
