Blanc is the human Form of White Heart, the CPU of Lowee. She is a Goddess who watches over the land and deeply cares for its people, including Rom and Ram. However, Blanc also has a violent temper and curses like a temperamental high school student when upset or angered, which is, unfortunately for everyone else, all the time.
