Relations with the collective West have been destroyed at the initiative of the West - Lavrov

The Russian Foreign Minister outlined the current state of Russia-West relations, and reiterated President Putin’s statement that if – and when – the collective West comes to its senses – Russia will consider any future relations based on what was the role of each state of waging a hybrid war against Russia.
