Rep. Luna nailed it! I have a question too. Since wildfires release carbon dioxide emissions and other greenhouse gases (GHG) that contribute to their climate change, why then would the EPA sign off on a 642-acre power plant in a disadvantaged community that is a "potential trigger for wildfire" without having the means to extinguish the wildfire it will trigger?
