It is interesting how these people think. Habbits for example, the definition is: a repeated action done over a course of time, which generates a pattern of behaviour. Something like that. Its interesting how pharmacologists don't see the action of taking a pill as a habbit, especially because some patients take drugs for years. If habbits are so bad than why promote another one? Or if habbits have no link to mental health than how come all the treatments are promoted over a course of time, taking the prescription at a very precise day, every day, not skipping out... If habbits are not important than why isnt the drug administered one time like psychedelics?
