Warbirds Over Whatcom at Bell Air RC Flyers Flying Field is a fun event that can be enjoyed by all members of the family and by those of all ages. It took place at the end of July in Ferndale, WA.

I had an amazing time taking in the sites and sounds at my first real RC event. It was magical to see the RC Warbirds in flight of all shapes and sizes. There were gas powered and electric planes including some Parkzone Parkflyer foamie and giant sized balsa RC airplanes of all makes and models.

Those include some from WWI, WWII, and on of to more recent conflicts. My favorite RC plane from the event was the RAF SE5a, which I will have a video of later on. The different version of the P-51 Mustang, P-47, and many others were an amazing site to see!

Oh and I can't forget to mention the Bellingham Flight Museum's A-1 Skyraider WWII Warbird Fly Overs. What an amazing event!
