Warbirds Over Whatcom - 1/4 Scale Gas Powered Piper Cub WWII Warbird RC Plane

This is another video I took at the Warbirds Over Whatcom event held at Bell-Air RC Flyers air field in Ferndale, Washington last month. It features a 1/4 scale gas powered Piper Cub WWII warbird RC plane.

The plane's wingspan is 110" and it weighs 18 pounds. This plane was used for spying on the enemy during World War Two. It was certainly an early version of what is known as a spy plane.
