Parkzone Ultra Micro P-51 Mustang BNF WWII Warbird - First Flight With No Landing Gear

This Parkzone Ultra Micro P-51 Mustang BNF WWII Warbird's first flight with no landing gear was caught on video for the first time yesterday. This is an RC Plane with AS3X Technology and is certainly one of my favorites too. I would also like to note that the airplane is completely stock during the entire video and always is in all of my videos with it to date.

This video has footage of me flying it out near the Pacific Ocean complete with realistic low passes from this UM P-51 Mustang from Parkzone. This Parkzone Ultra Micro is incredibly detailed and looks so scale in the air! Not only that, the AS3X technology make it very stable in the air even in fairly strong wind! That helps keep you from crashing your plane and we all know none of us like to crash our planes....at least those of us that are sane. Sometimes we like to get into near crash situations, but we like to recover from those and brag about them to our friends later. An example of this is the near crash landing due to a gust from the wind that I was able to avoid.

Note: This is not the new E-Flite P-51 Mustang. I do have some videos of that plane up on my channel, however.

This updated Parkzone Ultra Micro version of the P-51D Mustang is so much fun to fly that I am happy to show you how well this WW2 RC airplane flies in this brief video! Horizon Hobby and Parkzone did an amazing job with this plane. I am still in awe of how well it flies in wind or calm conditions. It is acrobatic and capable of various stunts and tricks as well, though without having the landing gear on during this flight, it didn't fly as well as it normally does if I am going honest due to the CG being off a bit.

For those of you who are curious as to what remote control or radio I used for this flight. It is my trusty new DX6. It makes flying my second oldest Parkzone P-51 a breeze.

If you are on the fence about buying this like I was, jump off and get your Parkzone Ultra Micro P-51 today! This piece of World War II history is amazing in Parkzone Micro P-51 form.
