Slow Passes and Scale Flight Fun - E-Flite UMX Pitts S-1S BNF Basic RC Biplane with AS3X Technology

This plane is a stark contrast to the RC Plane I flew just before this E-Flite Pitts S-1S UMX too, which was the E-flite UMX B-17 with four motors and isn't much for quick flight speeds or tricks.

Some of the sounds you hear during the video are from the cameraman Shawn's three year old daughter who decided to try to fly this plane as I was taking pictures for the screen cap shortly after this flight. I ended up playing soccer with it to keep it from taking off and it was a very crazy scene with everyone there wondering WTF just happened. The good news is it is a very tough little bird and I was even able to glue the nose cone back on. We will see how it flies when I take it out next, but all of my testing shows that it is ready for more pretty flights like this one in the future :)

In my opinion, this is simply the BEST UMX RC Plane I have ever flown and I have flown a LOT of really great ones. Those include the Parkzone Ultra Micro P-51 Mustang, not to be confused with the E-flite P-51 Mustang, and many other very cool micro planes.

All I can say is that the UM Pitts S-1S or UM Pitts is something I am pretty impressed with so far and it is still my favorite UMX or Ultra Micro RC Plane.

I just hope my new E-flite UMX PT-17 Stearman is even close to how awesome thing one is!
