Government Implementation:
1) No law allocations allowed for the States, Federal only
2) No House of Rep. combined State voting , instead,
Individual House of Rep voting at Federal level only.
3) Ideally the provided budget & how it needs to be spent:
is past from Federal directly to City, Town, based upon population. with only a small amount allocated to a State Roads organization that takes care of roadways within the region.
4) Property taxes would be equalized at only one % rate, and sent to the federal.
5) Schools, and court systems would be allocated directly from the federal Gov. amount sent based upon population.
