Whisky.com reviews the Woodford Reserve Double Oaked. Woodford Reserve Double Oaked was matured in two different oak casks. After the first barrel maturation in the specially handcrafted white oak barrels, it is matured in another barrel that has been toasted longer but burned out shorter. Woodford is the only American distillery that triple-distils its whiskey in traditional Pot Stills.
