4473 in Legal Crosshairs + Analyzed: USA v. Holden, 7th Circuit Court of Appeals, Don't Lie!

Is the 4474 going away in a post NYRSPA v. Bruen world? I doubt it, frankly, but it will likely get its day in court: but that is not exactly this case.

In this case, we examine USA v. Holden, involving someone who lied on the 4473 about whether he was under indictment for a felony. The court gets into that issue... but also raises a new one that is worth remembering when we talk about navigating gun laws and legal challenges.

But beware: the court makes some crazy arguments and reasoning.
