For one day out of the year, Americans celebrate the birth of our nation. As we watch the fireworks of this glorious day, let's not forget what they represent. Musket balls and cannon shot being hurled into the faces of those who would deny us our freedom. So, dearest world we're going to celebrate our Birthday, our way. Take a back seat for one fuckin day while we Americans celebrate our independence from a tyrant.

The Ball is a weekly show of at least 90 minutes of the greatest heavy music we've all grown up to. When I was a kid, Headbanger's Ball was our Saturday Night Party. Bunch of punk kids watching rock and metal videos in the 80's until MTV went and bent us over in '95. Leaving us with other shows that just weren't The Ball.

So, with that said, put on your best, get ready for the ruckus, tell your friend to hold your beer, get in that pit and lose your fuckin' mind! THIS IS...HEADBANGERS BALL!
