Colossians 3:15 - KJV - And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.

Isaiah 53:4-5 - NKJV - 4 Surely He has borne our griefs
And carried our sorrows;
Yet we esteemed Him stricken,
Smitten by God, and afflicted.
5 But He was wounded for our transgressions,
He was bruised for our iniquities;
The chastisement for our peace was upon Him,
And by His stripes we are healed.

Amplified Bible
But He was wounded for our transgressions, He was crushed for our wickedness [our sin, our injustice, our wrongdoing]; The punishment [required] for our well-being fell on Him, And by His stripes (wounds) we are healed.

NLT - He was beaten so we could be whole.
