Easy Churros Recipe – classic Mexican snack or dessert treats made with piped dough and fried to flaky warm perfection. These are crispy on the outside and light soft on the inside. Coat it in cinnamon sugar then dip in chocolate sauce and you’ll have one irresistible snack bites!
Ingredients:
▢1 ½ cup (355.5ml) water
â–¢3 tablespoons (37.5g) white sugar
▢½ cup (113.5g) unsalted butter
▢½ teaspoon (2.5g) salt
▢1 ½ cup (187.5g) all-purpose flour
â–¢2-3 large eggs (see notes)
â–¢1 teaspoon (4.2g) vanilla extract
â–¢2 quarts (1892.70g) oil for frying
CINNAMON SUGAR
▢½ cup (100g) white sugar , or to taste
â–¢1 teaspoon (2.6g) ground cinnamon
CHOCOLATE SAUCE
â–¢1 cup (150g) chocolate semi sweet and milk chocolate , chunks
▢⅓ cup (79.92g) heavy cream
▢½ teaspoon (2.1g) vanilla extract
