What Mamma Cow Eats Directly Affects Baby!

A few weeks back I decided to switch Anya to a higher protein feed (20%range cubes) so she wouldn't drop weight as Hank takes more and more milk. What happened, immediately, was that Hank got scours and it scalded his little butt! All the hair fell out around his butt where his runny poo stuck. Then his poo turned white!

Of course I switched Anya back to the other feed and just doubled her ration. Very quickly Hank settled back to normal and now his hair has grown back and he's fine! Lesson learned!
