NYC Subway Surfing: Police Warning to Teens

Just days ago, two teenagers were seriously injured subway surfing in Brooklyn. For one of them, it was fatal.

A month ago, my train was delayed when another two teenagers attempted subway surfing—also on an elevated track.

At my stop, I happened to see the police escorting them and documented their words of warning to the young men.

Thank you to these officers for doing their best to save lives. I hope their message reaches everyone who needs to hear it.
