Blinken calls Wagner-Russia situation “extraordinary”

Russia has avoided a potential civil war with the mercenary group Wagner after the mercenaries apparently backed down from their march on Moscow. During an interview with State of the Union on Sunday, Secretary of State Antony Blinken called the situation in Russia "extraordinary" but states that it is too early to determine its outcome as there is still uncertainty regarding the ultimate goals of the Wagner group's actions.
