China Blocked India-US Proposal to List Terrorist Sajid Mir as Global Terrorist

India and the United States have recently submitted a joint proposal to the 1267 Al-Qaeda Sanctions Committee to list Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorist Sajid Mir as a global terrorist. However, the proposal was later vetoed by China which India has strongly condemned.
