What The Minister Said...!

This video is related to the Victorian Government and issues related to homelessness and other services or government is contracted to provide.
I talk about the fact that governments are contracted service providers, only-and that if these services-health, housing, ambulances, power and gas, and so on are not provided, at reasonable cost, then the relevant government-state or federal-is in breach of contract, and that the charge is applicable and full commercial liability applies.
Explanations are made in the video, although there is a lot more to be said on the subject. Please find the links mentioned in the video, but start with the precedent-setting compensation paid out by the Victorian government to two major businesses that sued. The articles will explain all:
McDonalds sued Victorian government-and were considering suing for losses "...into the future...":

Remember, Folks: the resources belong to the people, not the government nor the petroleum producers, as I say in the video.
And also realise that in Norway everyone has some $320k+ in the bank, with another $27k going in every year.
This comes from the 72% resources tax the Norwegians charge petroleum producers. These two links came from the Norwegian Embassy, after I emailed them asking the questions. They are links I had already found:

With the massive resources Australia has, compared to relatively miniscule Norway, every Aussie should be as rich as...! We should all be millionaires.
