"TRULY IMPOSSIBLE" 12LB BBQ SANDWICH CHALLENGE THAT FEEDS 12 PEOPLE! The "Super Sasquatch"

NO ONE CAN EAT THAT! Today we take on the BIGGEST Barbeque sandwich I have ever seen. We are in Utah for a giant bbq sandwich challenge! This bbq eating challenge had about 10 pounds of meat plus coleslaw and then bun totaling about 12lbs, if completed in 60 minutes it offered a $250 free meal and a hat! This sandwich had a giant brioche bun, pulled pork, brisket, sausage (hot links), a full rack of ribs, smoked chicken, & coleslaw! We are at Big Lud's BBQ in St George Utah, a beautiful mountain state and city known for mountains, national parks and great bbq! This huge pile of smoked meat is similar to a Texas style bbq smoked low and slow with different woods and served with a simple salt and pepper! Can we beat this huge bbq challenge?
