When two corrupt Metropolitan Police officers tried to frame me some years ago, I recorded the whole thing on a voice recorder as well as dialling 999 which eventually was used in a crown court prosecution case against the two officers.

I was asked to not speak with any journalists at the time because it could of collapsed the trial, but bits of the case were still being put out in the media in which some quotes I'd heard had really got me thinking.

"You thought that he was someone that didn't matter, and that he was someone that wouldn't be believed" said the IPCC prosecutor when in court with the police, which had been covered by a BBC news article.

I didn't really think about that for many years, but was this simply a well-know discrimination and exploitation that I'd simply not been made aware of yet.

I was lucky to have been able to prove my false arrest and false imprisonment, but many others aren't so lucky. So I hope this story helps shed a light on some of the things that people like have experienced so that others can be made more aware of how damaging some people's psychology can be towards the homeless, squatters, buskers among other people that don't live in the clear cookie-cutter template version of life that some expect us all to have come from.

Hopefully makes one or two people think about the real depths of discrimination, stigma and exploitation.

Peace
