This movie describes how vindictive care coordinators in North BAY Ontario use the FREE Canada Health PROGRAM and OHIP as a WEAPON against targeted abused senior citizens in general, and ADVOCATES like me in particular keeping senior citizens threatened with termination of their federal funded Home program for seniors.

Most care coordinators are compassionate and object to the behavior of the handful who inflict perpetual pain on Senior Citizens, but they must stay silent for fear of getting fired. They are referred to as "C" care coordinators, and "C" means COMPASSIONATE.

They risk getting fired if they show compassion for the abused frail senior citizens who are browbeaten into silence under the perpetual threat of having their home senior care service terminated.
